Unit-Specific Flagship Tour
During a Unit-Specific Flagship Tour, you will meet an EDDC team member and tour the apartment(s) you scheduled a showing for. These units may be occupied or vacant. This option provides the best understanding of a specific unit.
General Interest Flagship Tour
Not looking to view a specific apartment, but have questions about the neighborhood or available options? A General Interest Flagship Tour gives you the opportunity to explore the District and meet with an EDDC team member to learn more.
Unit-Specific Flagship Tour
To view a specific unit, press the “Book Now” button below to visit our Availability page. From there, select your desired unit and click “Schedule Showing.”
Confirmation, meeting location, and additional details will be shared via text or email.
General Interest Flagship Tour
To meet with an EDDC team member and learn more about the apartments and neighborhood, press the “Book Now” button below and fill out the form. A member of our team will reach out to schedule your tour. General Interest Tours are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM
While we will do our best to show an apartment, availability is not guaranteed. Units must be vacant and prepared to be shown.
