1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be rewarded Erie Downtown Partnership e-Gift Cards - $50, $25, and $10. If you'd like to enter your costume into the contest, locate Ryan. 

Registration for costume contest begins at 6:00 PM and ends at 7:45 PM. 

Participants will be presented on stage at 7:50 PM and voting will begin immediately following presentation. Voting window ends at 8:40 PM and results will be counted. Winners will be announced at 8:45 PM.

IMPORTANT: Please refrain from multiple votes for one costume. Duplicate responses will be discarded. You are welcome to go back into the form and cast a vote for more costumes. This keeps things fair for everyone participating.
